In 1986, Mike won his first Numismatic Literary Guild (NLG) award for his writing. To date, he has received a total thirty (30) NLG Awards, including three Investment Book of the Year Awards, and twelve (12) total awards for his investment and collectibles newsletters. In 2009, Mike received his 3rd NLG "Best Dealer Publication" award for the information featured in his brand new, comprehensive Gold Guide. His genuine understanding of and commitment to the gold and rare coin markets makes Mike Fuljenz one of today's most reliable and reputable financial experts. From 1982-1998, he taught classes for the American Numismatic Association on counterfeit detection, coin grading, gold and commemorative coinage. He has previously served as the committee chairman of the grading service for the American Numismatic Association.
